In the Shadow of Kilimanjaro!

Mt. Kilimanjaro loomed large and within sight as our team led spiritual leadership conferences in two very rural locations at the Kenya-Tanzania border: Taveta and Njukini.

Promise Made. Promise Kept. More to Come.

Rewind to March 2020. While the “inaugural” ACTS Africa Team crossed the Atlantic and made our way to Nairobi, Covid 19 mushroomed across Europe and the United States. Two conferences were scheduled, but we completed only the first near the Tanzania border. We were fortunate to catch flights back to the USA before Kenya closed and international flights were abruptly discontinued.

February 2021: Promise Made, Promise Kept!

ACTS Africa made a promise to our friends in Taveta on the Tanzania border that we’d be back. From February 14-25, 2021 we will keep that promise and add a second conference in the region.

2020’s October Surprise!

October conferences in Homa Bay and Migori County offered discipleship training with nearly 800 pastors and church leaders from approximately 30 different denominations.

Taking The BOGO Boys to the Equator!

ACTS Africa “officially” launched this past March. The first trip of 2020 in mid-March went, but went sideways (see previous story). We’re back on track come October 11-21 and heading for the East African Equator with the BOGO Boys (self-identified as such).

Inspiration and Invitation

You left a legacy in the lives of many people including myself and my family. Please receive our heartfelt appreciation for all that you did for us. You sacrificed your time, offered your finances and resources. I felt blessed for sitting under your feet to be fed on the bread of heaven. I thank you. I thank you. I thank you.

The Honorable Ronald Sanya, District Chairperson, Namayingo District, Uganda, Siabona Baptist Church Member - February 2019

Last year you were in my country and really blessed us during the three-day conference in Kisumu. I and my congregation were blessed abundantly. In fact, the purpose of this letter is to kindly appeal to you that you arrange and visit Kenya again so that you can bless us not only in Kisumu but also other parts of the country as the Holy Spirit will guide you.
